Role: Customer Service - Logistics / Supply Chain Environment
Type: Contract (12 Months with potential to go PERM)
Location: Chertsey, UK
Working Model: Hybrid (2 or 3 days per week in office)
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
What You'll Do:
- Investigate & Resolve: Find the root cause of delivery failures and coordinate solutions with warehouses and couriers (3PLs).
- Manage Escalations: Take ownership of complex customer service tickets and order cancellations.
- Analyze Trends: Use ERPs (SAP Hybris), Excel, and Power BI to track data and improve operational processes.
What You Need:
- Investigative customer service experience (tier 2/escalations, e-commerce, or logistics preferred).
- Comfortable navigating ticketing systems and interpreting data.
- Flexibility to work a 37.5-hour week on a rota (which includes some evening and weekend shifts).
