Job Title:            Customer Service

Location:            Widnes (WA8 7QF)

Salary:                 £30,000- £35,000 (DOE)

Hours:                 Monday- Thursday 08:30- 16:50, Friday 08:30- 16:00

Contract:            Permanent

 

 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance water treatment and process chemicals.

 

 

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be: -

 

  • Processing customer orders.

  • Receiving orders and booking on to the system.

  • Liaising with hauliers.

  • Producing relevant paperwork.

  • Updating trade agreements.

  • Invoicing.

  • Liaising with the production team.

  • Purchase order processing.

  • Purchase invoice authorisation for hauliers.

 

 

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills: - 

 

  • Must have worked within a similar role previously.

  • Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently.

  • Work well as part of a team and happy to conduct other duties where necessary.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Computer literate.
