We're currently recruiting for a Dispatch Administrator / Order Processor to join a busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, suppliers are kept on track, and products are dispatched accurately and on time.

The RoleAs a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing customer order books
- Chasing suppliers for outstanding orders and updates
- Updating and maintaining the company database with supplier responses and progress information
- Investigating and recording reasons for delays or supply issues
- Assisting with dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately
- Completing quality assurance documentation and forms
- Carrying out certification checks
- Bagging and labelling products ready for dispatch
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Is confident communicating with suppliers and building positive relationships
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Is comfortable using computer systems and databases
- Enjoys being part of a small team and getting involved wherever needed
- Has previous administration, order processing, dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience (desirable but not essential
