Customer Service Receptionist – Romsey
Pay: £12.71–£13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent.
We are currently recruiting for a friendly and organised Customer Service Receptionist to join a team based in Romsey. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and good IT knowledge who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Key Duties of the Customer Service Receptionist
- Answering incoming calls and handling sales enquiries.
- Meeting and greeting customers and visitors.
- Updating customer details on the CRM system.
- Inputting estimates and quotations accurately.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Skills of the Customer Service Receptionist
- Good computer skills and confidence using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable.
