Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours

Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will provide essential administrative support to the commercial processes, ensuring that daily transactional requirements linked to customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service that our client is renowned for.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and process customer purchase orders with precision.
- Perform data entry tasks in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Execute contract reviews and manage invoicing of customer orders.
- Handle administrative transactions related to the above activities.
- Archive repair cards and resolve any queries linked to customer transactions.
- Issue credit and debit notes when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven administrative accuracy and efficiency in a customer-focused role.
- Experience with customer purchase orders and contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems including Word, and Excel.
- Compliance with quality policies as outlined in procedures and manuals.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Commercial acumen and the ability to navigate within a large organisation.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and processes.
