Outbound Customer Service Representative (High Wycombe)

What you’ll be doing:

• Making outbound calls to existing customers (min. 30 per day)
• Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
• Cross-selling and upselling products from a portfolio of 35,000+ items
• Working towards targets for calls, revenue, and conversion
• Supporting with customer queries, orders, and account management

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
• Driven, positive, and target-focused
• Interest in sales – no previous sales experience required
• Keen to learn, develop, and progress
