Customer Service Representative at hireful, Malton

The Role...

This is a varied, customer-facing sales role where you'll manage existing relationships, understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to grow parts and service sales. You will: 

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Visit customers to understand their needs, provide advice and identify opportunities.
• Sell parts, servicing, maintenance plans, warranties and other services.
• Work closely with the service team to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Use customer data and technology to identify sales opportunities.
• Attend customer events, demonstrations and exhibitions.

What we're looking for....

• Experience in a B2B or B2C sales or customer-facing role.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and confidence building relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Agriculture, machinery or agricultural equipment experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
