Customer Service Representative

MUST HAVE'S

• Experience in customer service within hospitality and/or a telephone based role, and/or claims handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and proactive approach
• Attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Instanda, Xero advantageous)

NICE TO HAVE'S

• Knowledge of FCA, PRA, regulatory standards
• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, WhatsApp, and post
• Handling FNOL claims efficiently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Updating client documentation and internal records accurately
• Staying informed about product developments and market trends
• Resolving complaints and managing difficult clients professionally
• Supporting operational improvements within the team
• Keeping your line manager updated on your progress and objectives
