Monday to Friday | 3:00pm - 12:00am BST

TeamJobs is recruiting 9 English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an exciting temporary automotive recall project with our client, Konecta.
This is a non-sales customer service role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience.
The Role
As a Recall Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Contacting repair centres, dealerships and installers regarding a product safety recall
- Explaining the recall process and gathering customer information
- Assisting consumers with recall enquiries
- Accurately updating customer records
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speakers
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems
- Available to start at short notice
