Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in sales and customer service?
We are looking for Customer Sales & Service Advisors to join our client’s team at their state-of-the-art office in Motherwell. No previous product knowledge is required we are just looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
The Role
- Support customers across sales and customer service
- Handle calls, live chat and emails
- Help with quotes, purchases, renewals and policy queries
- Identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Work towards KPIs and service targets
About You
- Confident and friendly communicator
- Customer-focused and empathetic
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with both sales and service conversations
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Keen to learn and develop
- Previous insurance experience is not essential
