Customer Service & Sales Advisor - From £30,000 - Wimbledon Park, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

SDS London is looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our busy Wimbledon Park office and showroom.

As a leading employee-owned architectural ironmongery specialist with over 40 years of experience, we work with trade and retail customers on projects across the UK and Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where excellent customer service really matters. You'll receive full training, so you don't need to be an expert in our products to get started!

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, providing friendly, professional support.
• Process orders accurately and assist with after-sales queries.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting our Wimbledon showroom.
• Help customers find the right products and solutions, with support from our experienced team.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and deliver a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or telesales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• A friendly, professional approach with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and skills.
• An interest in interior design, property refurbishment or architectural products would be a bonus.
• Good spoken English and the ability to commute reliably to Wimbledon Park.
