Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for an organised and proactive Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join a growing, friendly team based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, building strong client relationships, and coordinating engineers to deliver outstanding customer service.

Commutable from Thame, Haddenham, Bicester and Aylesbury.

Role: Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum

Location; Thame Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday to Friday - Office Based

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Plan and schedule engineers' daily workloads, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently.
  • Liaise with customers, engineers and subcontractors regarding appointments, updates and service requests.
  • Respond promptly to telephone enquiries and email correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage shared and individual inboxes, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Prioritise urgent works and coordinate resources to achieve agreed service levels.
  • Raise job requests, purchase orders and update internal systems accurately.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the service process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, engineers and internal departments.

About you:

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, planning or administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Professional written communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and internal computer systems
