Customer services consultant in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Customer services consultant - Required for this lovely niche travel company based in a great location in central Cambridge. They are looking for someone from a travel industry background to work either full or part time. Hybrid, salary up to £32,000 plus benefits. 

Customer services consultants duties
-Manage and amend customer bookings, including special request and reservations changes 
-Respond promptly to customer enquiries by email and phone
-Proactively manage customer requests and resolve issues when needed
-Monitor and respond to customer reviews

Customer services consultants skills required
-Previous experience in a customer services role within the travel industry 
 -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A natural problem solver
-Strong organisation skills
-Ideally fluent in either French or Dutch, but this is not essential

-They are happy to look at part time or full time

-Between April and Nov, every two week you will need to cover between 3pm and 7pm on Saturdays, the 4 hours will be given back during the week
