Customer Services Coordinator

Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused team, managing the customer journey from exchange of contracts through to completion, handover, and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey from exchange through to legal completion and handover.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with purchasers.
- Handle customer enquiries, defects, and escalated issues in collaboration with the Aftercare team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Construction, Property Management, Concierge, and Managing Agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce or a CRM system.
- Support resident communications during remediation and major works projects.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience within residential property, new homes, construction, or a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing customer enquiries and complaints.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
What's on Offer
- Salary: £32,000-£38,000 (depending on experience)
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (37.5 hours)
- Office-based (5 days per week)
