Our client, a growing product-based e-commerce business, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their customer service function.

The Role

  • Lead, motivate and manage a customer service team
  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and performance
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance service levels
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency
  • Drive a customer-first culture across the business

About You

  • Previous experience managing and developing customer service teams is essential
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role
  • E-commerce or e-commerce-related experience is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the location
