What will your role be?

The Customer Services Officer team is the first point of contact for customers, resolving a wide range of housing-related queries over the phone and through digital channels. You will work as part of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service, responding to all enquiries and ensuring customers are treated fairly, listened to, and that their concerns are acted upon.

Who are we looking for?

You will have a general level of education, including GCSE Maths and English (Grade A*-C/9-4) or equivalent, together with experience of delivering high-quality customer service through a variety of communication methods, including telephone, face-to-face and written correspondence. You will be motivated to resolve issues at the first point of contact and possess strong organisational, problem-solving and record-keeping skills, alongside the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
