Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager's Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, becoming their primary point of contact.
• Proactively engage with customers through regular service reviews and check-ins to ensure they remain satisfied and supported.
• Build a thorough understanding of each customer's requirements, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively across the business.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts and contact information within the CRM system, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve service-related issues and drive positive outcomes.
• Produce account reports, track customer activity and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required as a Customer Success Manager:

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or Customer Relationship Management.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust at all levels.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
