Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation in Southampton, looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join their team as a Customer Support and Sales Associate. Full training and ongoing support are provided from day one, so all you need is a positive attitude and a genuine interest in people.

About the Role

As a Customer Support and Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for members of the public, engaging in face-to-face conversations on behalf of the charities and brands you represent. Your focus is on providing a helpful, honest, and professional experience - answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding people through their options - while also identifying opportunities to introduce new supporters or customers along the way.

It's a role built on trust: people should come away from every conversation feeling well informed, well looked after, and confident in the decision they've made, whether that's signing up on the spot or simply understanding more about the cause.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members of the public with a warm, professional approach.

• Listen to questions and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.

• Resolve queries confidently, ensuring every interaction feels positive and helpful.

• Introduce relevant campaigns or offers naturally, without being pushy.

• Guide interested individuals through sign-up or purchase, checking all details are correct.

• Keep accurate records of conversations and outcomes.

• Work towards individual and team targets for both service quality and sales.

• Take part in ongoing training covering communication, customer care, and sales skills.

What You'll Receive

• Full training and structured onboarding, with ongoing coaching from experienced team members.

• Total earnings ranging between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
