We are seeking a customer focused professional to join our client’s Customer Support Team

This role combines excellent customer service with support for a range of specialist technical products. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in customer support roles involving technical products, quotations, and order processing.

Managing customer accounts, you will take ownership of enquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

The Role

  • Prepare and process customer quotations and orders.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide pricing, product information, and technical data.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities to promote products and support sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.

The Person

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination.
  • Experience processing quotations and orders, ideally for technical, construction or manufacturing
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

While this is a customer support role, the products have a technical focus. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with technical product information and customer requirements,
