Cut & Crease Assistant – Competitive Salary – Deeside, Flintshire
Full Time | 3 Shift Pattern

MM Packaging is looking for a Cut & Crease Assistant to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced machine operators, helping to keep production running efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
The Role
As a Cut & Crease Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the Cut & Crease Department, assisting machine operators to achieve production targets while ensuring products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with manual machine changeovers and remove finished work-in-progress loads.
- Interpret job-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support machine set-up during make-ready.
- Manage the flow of work into and out of machines to maximise efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain product quality during operator breaks.
- Support machine operators to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Company policies.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the department.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by management.

- A strong commitment to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- GCSE education (or equivalent).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
