Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a confident and creative CUX Event Coordinator to join an outsourced Curated Experience (CUX) team, responsible for delivering an engaging programme of workplace events.

This role plays a key part in creating an engaging, inclusive and vibrant office environment that supports wellbeing, culture and collaboration. You will contribute to enhancing the overall workplace experience through thoughtfully designed and well-executed events.

The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced, client-facing environment, delivering both structured cultural programmes and innovative initiatives. You will manage events end-to-end while building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a high level of engagement across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a programme of events aligned to key cultural and seasonal themes (e.g. International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Black History Month)
  • Develop creative concepts and activations for both structured initiatives and more flexible periods (e.g. summer and family-focused events)
  • Manage events end-to-end, including planning, coordination and delivery
  • Oversee budgets and raise purchase orders in line with event requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Security, Catering/F&B teams, suppliers, vendors and internal teams
  • Create event materials and promotional content (e.g. posters, leaflets, Canva designs)
  • Support communications and engagement campaigns to maximise participation
  • Ensure seamless event logistics and coordination across all activities

  • Previous events experience (essential)
  • Confident and personable, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong customer-focused mindset
