Key Responsibilities –

  • To be responsible for the implementation of security related standards across the ICT technology estate, ensuring they address all relevant requirements related to achieving/retaining the various accreditation required under relevant Codes of Connection (including PSN) within Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority (SPA).

  • To work within and help develop Police Scotland’s cyber security response capabilities, including cyber incident response, intel assessment, proactive threat hunting, highlighting and reporting risk to management, and managing appropriate remediation actions.
