We're looking for a D365 Business Optimisation Manager to join a growing organisation going through a significant period of digital change.

This is much more than a role focused on keeping Dynamics running. You'll work across the business to understand how teams operate, identify where systems and processes can be improved, and make sure D365 is genuinely delivering value.

Sitting at the intersection of technology, business process and change, you'll take ownership of improvements across the D365 environment and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

What you'll be doing
Own and drive the ongoing optimisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
Work with teams across the business to understand processes, pain points and improvement opportunities
Translate business requirements into practical system and process improvements
Lead D365 enhancements and optimisation initiatives from requirements through to delivery and adoption
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes
Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams and third-party D365 partners
Support testing, implementation, go-live and continuous improvement
Ensure new functionality is properly embedded and delivering measurable business value
What we're looking for

You don't need to be a D365 Developer. We're looking for someone who understands Dynamics from a functional and business perspective and knows how to use technology to improve the way an organisation operates.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience delivering D365 implementations, enhancements or optimisation programmes
Strong business process improvement and analysis skills
The ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience managing third-party suppliers or implementation partners
Confidence engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders
A track record of taking improvements from initial requirement through to successful adoption

This could suit someone currently working as a D365 Functional Consultant, D365 Business Systems Manager, Business Applications Manager, D365 Project Manager, Business Systems Lead or Business Optimisation Manager who wants greater ownership and the opportunity to shape how Dynamics is used across an organisation.
