We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide daily supply cover across a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools throughout Lambeth.

The RoleAs a Daily Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Help pupils stay focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning.
- Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Have experience working with children or young people.
- Are confident, adaptable, and able to work in different school environments.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are patient, caring, and supportive in their approach.
- Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Have school-based experience or relevant childcare experience (desirable but not essential).
- Flexible daily supply work to fit around your schedule.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
