Great Teaching. More Flexibility.

Love teaching but want greater control over your working week? Teach Now is recruiting experienced Daily Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Barnet from September 2026.

As a Daily Supply Teacher, you’ll step into EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classrooms, provide continuity for pupils and deliver lessons using work prepared by the school. It’s an excellent choice for teachers who enjoy variety and want to focus on classroom teaching without taking on all the commitments of a permanent post.

Your day may involve:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Quickly establishing positive relationships with pupils.
  • Maintaining clear routines and high behaviour expectations.
  • Adapting activities for different abilities and SEND needs.
  • Leaving concise feedback for the permanent class teacher.

You’ll need:
QTS and recent primary classroom experience, together with confident behaviour management and the ability to walk into a new environment and get pupils learning quickly. Reliability, flexibility and strong communication are particularly important for daily supply.

Why choose daily supply?
Earn £145–£175 per day while choosing work that fits around your availability. Experience different schools, year groups and settings while keeping your teaching skills sharp.
