Data Analyst in Bradford, West Yorkshire

Optimum Recruitment Group have been appointed on an exclusive basis to recruit a Data Analyst for an owner managed, high growth client based in Bradford.

This is a newly created role to implement and grow the data function within a fast paced e-commerce and manufacturing business. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data across the business. Working closely with senior management and department leaders, you will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models that provide insight into business performance, customer behavior, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

You must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and pivot tables.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• SQL proficiency and experience querying relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary depending on skills and experience but initially up to c£45,000 plus benefits.

This is a full time 9:00am – 17:00pm office based role.
