We're partnering with a leading organisation investing heavily in its data and technology capabilities and are looking for an experienced IT Business Solutions Manager (Data & Analytics Delivery Manager) to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide data and integration initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a growing data function, managing projects that connect systems, unlock business insight and enable smarter decision-making across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of delivering complex projects focused on data, integration and business transformation, acting as the link between business stakeholders, technical teams and external delivery partners.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of data and integration projects
• Managing third-party vendors and system integrators
• Driving projects involving Azure, Data Platforms, APIs and modern analytics solutions
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across IT and the business
• Managing project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Ensuring successful business adoption and delivery outcomes

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with experienced Project Managers or Delivery Managers who have successfully delivered data-focused technology programmes.

You'll ideally have experience with:

• Enterprise data and integration projects
• Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Azure Data Factory
• APIs, ETL/ELT and system integrations
• Power BI or modern reporting platforms
• Vendor and supplier management
• Stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

You don't need to be a hands-on data engineer, but you'll be comfortable working alongside technical teams and translating business requirements into successful project delivery.
