Data & Analytics Manager - Fully Remote Role

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

My client are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead their data and reporting function. You will be responsible for developing analytics capability, managing a small team, and delivering high-quality insights that support business decision-making across the organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining data strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the data analytics function and team.
• Design and oversee data pipelines, models, and reporting solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are maintained.
• Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven managerial or leadership experience in data analytics or BI
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Python and modern data technologies is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within health or social care would be advantageous.
