Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Data and Performance Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely data that supports strategic decision-making, service improvement, and overall contract performance.

Job Description

Working collaboratively across operational and support teams, you will help embed a data-driven culture, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights that enhance operational effectiveness and outcomes.

You will also play a key role in system optimisation, data governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across a government contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce regular operational performance reports across the contract.
  • Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce accurate and insightful reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead performance review processes and constructively challenge underperformance.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, governance, and quality assurance across systems.
  • Manage work order reconciliations and ensure alignment between CAFM and integrator systems.
  • Support system development, automation, testing, deployment, and digital transformation initiatives.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
  • Experience working within Facilities Management (FM) environments, with strong CAFM systems knowledge.
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience with API integrations, system-to-system data alignment, and reporting tool development.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, targets, performance frameworks, and work order reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, governance, and quality.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience supporting system testing, deployment, and change initiatives.
