Data Business Analyst in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Data Business Analyst:

A global ERP program requires a Data Business Analyst (migration specialist), preferably with D365 F&O experience to support data migration and UAT activities on both a technical and business process level.

Migration is underway from versions of AX to D365 F&O & CE using AXTEND. You will need to assist in coding, error analysis, troubleshooting, data validation before, during, after migration.

Completion of a full cycle of migration in at least one ERP migration project (AX to D365 F&O and CE is a major plus) with experience in supply chain, sales or master data domains a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Error Analysis & Resolution – Investigating, categorizing and resolving errors across finance, sales, supply chain and master data domains
• Working with data entities, staging tables, and D365 Data Management Frameworks
• Performing data validation & Quality Assurance by supporting reconciliation activities, mapping and cleansing as required
• Guiding business analysts and SME’s to ensure robust business data transformation rules are identified and implemented
• Supporting UAT cycles by preparing data, validating scenarios, and documenting outcomes

This is a hybrid contract role, mainly remote. However, candidates will be expected to attend the company head office, near Cambridge & other UK locations as required (expenses will be covered).

Occasional travel to BENELUX sites may be required.

The role is for an initial 6 month period, with the possibility for an extension.
