Data Cabling Engineer

We are currently recruiting experienced Data Cabling Engineers on behalf of our client for a range of long-term contract projects across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire, and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and established team delivering a variety of commercial and industrial installation projects.

The Role:

• Installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A and fibre optic).
• Installation of containment, including tray, basket, trunking and conduit.
• Fault finding, testing and certification of data cabling installations.
• Working on commercial, industrial and public sector projects.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to health and safety regulations.

We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Data Cabling Engineer.
• Experience installing and terminating copper and fibre cabling.
• Ability to read and work from drawings and site plans.
• ECS/CSCS card preferred (or equivalent).
• IPAF and PASMA certifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
