About the Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Data Delivery & Integration Lead to join a UK-leading, award-winning corporate organisation undergoing an exciting, business-wide transformation.

In this pivotal role, you will sit at the very heart of this transformation, connecting multiple teams, stakeholders, and strategic priorities to ensure key data initiatives are delivered at pace and with maximum impact. This is not a general IT role; it is a highly visible position focused on driving forward-thinking data pipelines, management information (MI), and analytics capabilities.

If you thrive on building relationships, managing competing demands, and keeping technical deliveries on track in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a fantastic platform to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management: Drive the successful execution of data initiatives by effectively planning and coordinating resources and activities across multiple cross-functional squads.
  • Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and complex interdependencies to ensure timelines are met.
  • Product Owner Partnership: Work in close collaboration with Product Owners to strategically plan, track, and execute data initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Manage diverse stakeholders across various business units, securing alignment, driving prioritisation, and reporting on progress.
  • Data Representation: Represent the data division in wider business-delivery forums, maintaining high visibility and reporting accurate project statuses.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong delivery mindset combined with exceptional communication skills:

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to influence, challenge, and manage expectations, with proven experience working alongside senior leadership and diverse technical teams.
  • Data Environment Expertise: Demonstrable experience successfully managing delivery within data-specific environments, including data pipelines, MI, and analytics, rather than general IT frameworks.
  • Strategic Delivery Mindset: A highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to anticipate blockages and plan several steps ahead.
  • Prioritisation & Pace: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment.
  • Communication Excellence: A clear, confident, and articulate communicator who can foster collaboration and maintain momentum across teams.

Salary, Benefits & Culture

This organisation has been officially recognised as a leading UK employer, offering an inclusive, collaborative, and highly supportive environment where your development and ability to drive outcomes are fully supported. Alongside a highly competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive and flexible rewards package:

  • Flexible & Hybrid Working: Modern hybrid working options designed to support work-life balance, with flexibility around working hours and genuine part-time or job-share arrangements available.
  • Generous Annual Leave: A highly competitive annual leave allowance with options to customise your holiday balance through buying and selling schemes.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Comprehensive healthcare options, including dental plans, health cash plans, screening services, and dedicated mental health and wellness support.
  • Financial Benefits: Highly competitive corporate pension plans, regular salary reviews, discretionary bonus schemes, and exclusive employee savings and loan initiatives.
  • Family-Friendly Policies: Enhanced paid parental and partner leave schemes, alongside structured return-to-work programmes to support family life.
  • Perks & Lifestyle: Tech saving schemes, cycle-to-work programs, vehicle scheme options, and a variety of corporate lifestyle discounts and social club events.
