An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data & Integration Analyst to join a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme within a large, regulated organisation.

This role will focus on supporting the successful delivery of data migration, data quality, integration requirements, testing and business readiness activities across the programme lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, implementation partners and technical teams, you will play a key role in ensuring data and integrations are delivered successfully and aligned to business requirements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
  • Assess and improve data quality across legacy and target systems.
  • Capture and document integration requirements between Oracle Cloud and existing business systems.
  • Analyse business and data flows and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Support system testing, integration testing and UAT activities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, process maps and data mapping artefacts.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.


Essential Experience

  • Proven experience working on Oracle Cloud implementation programmes.
  • Strong background in data migration, data quality and systems integration.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting testing, validation and defect resolution activities.
  • Ability to work independently within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.


Desirable

  • Oracle Fusion experience.
  • Oracle ERP, HCM or EPM knowledge.
  • Utilities, energy or other regulated industry experience.
  • Knowledge of data governance, retention and regulatory reporting requirements.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can get into the nuts and bolts of complex business and technical challenges, challenge where necessary, and confidently drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
