The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded CRM & Executive Assistant to join their team.
This is a varied position that combines responsibility for managing and developing the company's CRM system with providing Executive Assistant support to the CEO. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, taking ownership of key responsibilities, and playing an important role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
Maintain, cleanse, and ensure the accuracy of the CRM database.
Assess, qualify, and add new leads, creating relevant tasks and workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes.
Perform data enrichment to improve the quality and completeness of records.
Produce regular CRM reports and management information.
Manage bulk data imports and exports.
Track and report on sales and business development activity through the CRM.
Analyse and monitor call activity data.
Respond to data requests from the telemarketing team.
Ensure data integrity and compliance across all CRM records.
Troubleshoot CRM and software-related issues.
Executive Assistant Support
You will also:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination where required.
Assist with general administrative and organisational tasks to support the CEO and wider business.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who can confidently manage a varied workload and is comfortable working in a busy office environment. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Ideal candidate will have:
Strong PC literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience using CRM systems, with HubSpot experience highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
A confident, proactive, and assertive approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of sales processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience or knowledge of the commercial property industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
