£16,000 per annum

Temp to perm opportunity available immediately for any candidate who can commit to these specific dates long term.  The salary is based on 22 hours per week with an hour deductible dinner break each day.  This is a lone working role and therefore our clients will consider a Day Concierge with previous relevant experience of working in residential properties before. This is a large private residential development in Deptford.  The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, assisting residents with queries, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy.  The Day Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises.  The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite, have strong IT skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, show initiative, and be willing to go that extra mile!
