Location: Finsbury Park, North London
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Daily Supply / Day-to-Day
Pay: £160-£190 per day PAYE
Days: 1-5 days per week

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in and around Finsbury Park from September.

Whether you're looking to work one or two days a week alongside other commitments, or you're available throughout the week and want regular supply work, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.



The Role

As a Day-to-Day Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons using pre-planned resources.

  • Cover classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

  • Follow school policies and procedures.

  • Support pupils with their learning and development.

  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

Most daily supply bookings involve pre-planned lessons, meaning there is generally minimal planning and marking required.



We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.

  • Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A flexible, reliable and adaptable approach.

  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

ECTs are welcome to apply, as well as experienced teachers and those returning to teaching.
