Join our dynamic Wholesale team, a crucial part of clientsBank plc, where we play a pivotal role in empowering Dealers across the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, and Spain. We provide essential financial products that fuel sales and growth in these key markets.

What You'll Be Doing (Think Impact, Not Just Tasks!):
As a Multi-Market Wholesale Administrator, you'll be a central figure, managing key financial processes and building relationships across borders. Your day will be varied and engaging, involving:
Being the Go-To Expert: You'll be the first point of contact for queries from dealers, internal teams (like Ford Motor Company or National Sales Companies, FCGBC our supporting team based in India, colleagues based in European Locations), and external partners across your assigned markets, using your excellent language skills daily via phone, email, and messaging.
Navigating Multi-Market Operations: Taking ownership of diverse wholesale tasks specific to our multi-market remit, ensuring smooth operations across different regions.
Mastering Financial Control: Diving into the core of dealer finance by accurately managing debt control, handling daily collections, and expertly clearing and reconciling payments on our in-house systems. This includes resolving tricky unapplied suspense items.
Supporting Dealer Flexibility: Processing settlements, clearances, exposures, and handling rewrites on an ad-hoc basis to support dealer financial needs.
Collaborating Across Teams: Lending your expertise and support to other business centre teams within our Manchester Business Centre (MBC), FCGBC, Wholesale, and Dealer Credit operations whenever needed.
Driving Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Actively contributing to projects like Global Optimisation, assisting with knowledge transfer documentation, providing training support to the FCGBC team, and conducting quality checks to help us continuously improve the service we offer our dealers.
Tackling Projects: Getting involved in assigned projects, in Wholesale or supporting our Major Daily Rental Operations (MDRO), aimed at enhancing our service proposition to the dealer network.
Being a Team Player: Stepping in to support your colleagues by learning and covering all MBC Wholesale and MDRO tasks for all markets, especially during periods of absence.
Contributing Ad Hoc: Taking on additional reporting and assignments as required to support the team and ongoing initiatives, including new system launches.
What You'll Bring (Your Skills & Experience):
Language Powerhouse: Excellent verbal and written business-level language skills in English and French. Skills in one of the other required Business languages is a plus (Italian or Spanish). You'll be using these daily to communicate effectively with our customers and partners.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Learning & Development: Mandatory Banking, Compliance, and Fair Treatment of Customers training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.
Hybrid Working: This position is based in our MBC, offering a hybrid working model. You'll be expected to attend the MBC for 3 days a week, with flexibility on which days according to business requirements after training completed.
Unique Schedule: Our Wholesale team operates between 08:15 and 16:30 Monday to Friday. Your specific shift will be aligned with the telephone operating hours for the language markets you support and overall business needs.
European Focus: You'll sometimes be required to work on UK bank holidays that are not bank holidays in Europe. Don't worry, a day off in lieu will be granted for any UK bank holiday worked!
Growth Potential: Reporting to the Wholesale Team Leader, this role offers the potential to rotate into other roles of the same grade within the MBC, providing opportunities to broaden your experience.

We're looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with the following details: Candidates ideally need to start by 17th August 2026
Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office could be 5 days to begin for training purposes)
