JRS Associates have partnered up with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Pinxton to recruit a skilled Deburrer to join their growing production team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a clean, well-organised aerospace environment on high-precision components.

The Successful Deburrer – Package:

• £13.50 per hour

• Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

  • Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm

The Successful Deburrer – Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Deburrer, Fettler, or Finisher in an engineering/manufacturing environment

• Skilled in using handheld tools such as:

  • Deburring knives

  • Burr wheels

  • Files & abrasive pads

  • Air tools

• Ability to remove sharp edges, blend surfaces, and finish aerospace components to a high standard

• Comfortable reading basic engineering drawings or visual standards

• Strong attention to detail and a “right-first-time” mindset

• Capable of inspecting work for quality and consistency before passing to the next stage

• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small, fast-moving team
