Deburring Operator
YT Technologies
At YT Technologies, we are excited to partner with Domin to support their continuous growth in high-precision manufacturing. We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Deburring Operator to join their Manufacturing team.
The Role
As a Deburring Operator, you will play a critical role in Domin’s quality pipeline. You will be responsible for inspecting internal and external surfaces of precision parts using specialized hand tools and borescope cameras, meticulously removing burrs, and cleaning components of swarf and debris.
This position demands fine manual dexterity, sustained concentration, and high personal standards. While much of the day-to-day work is structured and repetitive, your diligence directly guarantees that zero flawed components reach the next stage of assembly.
Looking ahead, Domin is constantly evolving its manufacturing methods. Over time, you will cross-train into Kitting operations, including loading and unloading components within automated machining cells, giving you a broader manufacturing skillset and variety in your week.
Key Responsibilities
-
Precision Finishing: Inspect parts internally and externally using precision hand tools and borescope cameras, removing all burrs without compromising component integrity.
-
Cleaning & Quality Check: Ensure parts are completely clear of swarf, dust, and debris prior to handover.
-
Work Order Management: Accurately update digital work orders on time to ensure seamless trace-and-track throughout the facility.
-
Adherence to Standards: Follow strict technical work instructions and quality control processes consistently.
-
Process Escalation: Identify and promptly flag any process deviations, tool issues, or non-conforming parts to the Manufacturing Manager.
-
Cross-Functional Flex: Build proficiency in automated cell kitting tasks over your first year to support shifting production demands.
What We Are Looking For
-
Exceptional Attention to Detail: The patience and discipline to check every single part to the exact same standard, every time.
-
Manual Dexterity: Fine motor skills and steady hands for intricate tool work.
-
Accountability: Pride in your craftsmanship and a high sense of ownership over your output.
-
Instruction Focus: A clear commitment to safety, standardized procedures, and cleanliness.
-
Adaptability: A desire to learn new processes, cross-train into machine cell kitting, and grow within the business.
Experience in hands-on production, precision assembly, or inspection environments (along with familiarity with borescopes or digital work orders) is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
If you are a meticulous, hands-on professional ready to take pride in precision manufacturing, please apply with your most recent CV.
