Deep Clean Operatives - London Overground

We are recruiting 8 Deep Clean Operatives to join our London Overground cleaning contract.
Positions Available
- 4 x Day Shift Operatives
- 4 x Night Shift Operatives
Shift Times
- Day Shift: 08:00 - 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Location
Our team covers the entire London Overground network, so applicants can be based anywhere across the network. Key operating locations include:
- Walthamstow
- Hackney
- Enfield
- Willesden
- Camden
- Watford
Essential Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- Experience driving an H3L3 vehicle (essential)
- Previous deep cleaning or specialist cleaning experience is desirable
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
Key Responsibilities
As a Deep Clean Operative, your duties will include:
- Pressure washing
- Reach and wash cleaning
- Glazing cleaning
- Floor scrubbing
- Washroom deep cleans
- Carpet cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Graffiti removal
- Steam cleaning
- High-level cleaning (IPAF and PASMA)
- Gum removal
- Carrying out any other station cleaning duties as required
- Driving company H3L3 vehicles between work locations
- Working safely and in accordance with all health and safety procedures
