Are you an experienced Delegate Sales professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or an established Team Leader who enjoys leading from the front?

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Delegate Sales Team Leader to lead a small, high-performing telesales team while continuing to personally drive delegate sales across an exciting portfolio of international B2B events.

This is a hands-on player-manager position, offering the opportunity to combine leadership, coaching, and personal sales success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Role

As Delegate Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of four Delegate Sales Executives while maintaining your own sales pipeline and revenue target. You'll play a key role in driving team performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 4 Delegate Sales Executives.
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
  • Coach team members through call listening, feedback and performance reviews.
  • Personally sell delegate places across a portfolio of global B2B events through outbound telesales.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of new and existing clients.
  • Engage with senior-level decision-makers across a range of industries.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximise campaign performance and lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Analyse sales performance, conversion rates and pipeline activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Delegate Sales, Event Sales or B2B Telesales.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring or coaching a sales team.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent telephone sales, objection handling and closing skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment.
