Key Responsibilities

• Delivery management across BAU and transition activities.
• Managing plans, governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Supporting and coordinating various boards and forums.
• Driving desired business outcomes while maintaining day-to-day operational delivery.
• Working within a high-pressure, high-volume environment.

Candidate Profile

Looking for experienced Delivery Managers who:

• Have strong PMO, planning, governance, or communications experience.
• May have experience as a Head of PMO
• Have transition or transformation delivery experience.
• Can quickly understand complex environments and prioritise effectively.
• Are comfortable operating with minimal supervision and direction.
• Are self-starters who can hit the ground running.
• Are personable, adaptable, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
• Hold active SC Clearance.
• Have several years' experience operating as a Delivery Manager.

Nice to haves:

• Supplier management experience.
• Public sector experience.
• Home Office experience.
• Experience managing competing priorities, including ministerial requests and deadlines.

Working Arrangements

Travel will be required every now and again, particularly for those supporting the transition programme. It’s not a deal breaker though if they’re amazing!
