Demi Chef de Partie

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a luxury and prestigious hotel in Central London.

Our client is a respected and well-established hotel with exceptional Food and Beverage offerings: from a Michelin star restaurant to private dining and afternoon tea.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be working alongside a professional and supportive brigade of 20+ members producing high quality dishes to a high standard and using the best ingredients.

About you:

• Must have previously worked in a similar luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Michelin or multi rosette restaurant exposure would be an advantage.
• Organised and focused
• Capable of keeping calm under pressure and busy services
• A supportive team player with a positive attitude
• Open to learn and development

Benefits
