We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our client in the beautiful Surrey countryside, just outside of Dorking, offering a combination of tradition and modern dining. This role provides excellent hands-on experience in a busy 4-star environment with a rich history and a focus on locally sourced, creative menus.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and section tasks, ensuring high standards.
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and assisting junior team members.
• Monitoring portion sizes and waste to help maintain profit margins.
