Demolition Estimator

** Demolition Estimator required in Birmingham** 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading demolition, remediation, and decommissioning contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering projects ranging from £100k to £20m+. With a directly employed workforce, a modern in-house plant fleet, and a strong pipeline of work, our client continues to expand and is seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator to join their Estimating Team at their Birmingham Head Office.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in securing major projects while joining a stable and growing business.

*Salary & Benefits*

- £70,000 – £80,000 per annum

- Company vehicle

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Full-time, permanent position

- Excellent career progression with an established and growing contractor

- 37.5 hours per week

*Key Responsibilities*

- Assess tender documentation and client information to determine project requirements.

- Work closely with the Bid Manager to develop tender deliverables and submission strategies.

- Carry out site visits to fully assess the scope of works and identify project risks.

- Collaborate with CAD technicians to develop demolition methodologies and project programmes.

- Identify specialist subcontract packages and obtain competitive quotations.

- Analyse subcontractor quotations to ensure complete scope coverage and effective management of risk and opportunity.

- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for demolition, remediation, and decommissioning projects.
