We're looking for a skilled and reliable Demolition Operative to join a high-end residential refurbishment project in Mayfair. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in high-spec projects to get started right away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Soft strip and demolition work
- Supporting site trades as needed
- Moving and organising materials
- Skip loading and waste removal management
What You'll Need:
- A valid CSCS card
- Two recent, contactable references (site managers)
- Experience working on high-end resi refurbishments
The Role:
- Position: Demolition Operative
- Start Date: 29/6
- Location: Mayfair, Westminster
- Pay: £600-650 per week before tax PAYE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
