Demolition Operative

Rate: Competitive – dependent on experience

We are currently looking for an experienced Demolition Operative to join our team on an upcoming project in Sheffield.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and experienced within demolition and/or strip-out environments.

• Proven experience as a Demolition Operative
• Oxy/Propane Cutting experience
• Valid Working at Height ticket
• Valid MEWP ticket
• Asbestos Awareness certificate
• Must be a Non-Smoker
• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions

• General demolition and site clearance duties
• Oxy/propane cutting of materials as required
• Operating MEWPs safely and efficiently
• Working safely at height
• Assisting with dismantling and removal of structures/materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Following all site safety procedures and instructions
