Demolition Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Demo Supervisor for a project in Central London with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor.
This is initially a cover position; however, the client has a strong pipeline of upcoming work and is keen to speak with high-performing candidates about future opportunities, including Site Manager and Project Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising demolition works on site
- Managing operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures
- Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks
- Monitoring progress and maintaining programme targets
- Liaising with site management and project teams
- Previous experience in a Demo Supervisor role
- Strong understanding of health & safety and demolition procedures
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Relevant demolition qualifications preferred
- Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards on site
- £300 per day
- Central London location
- Immediate start available
