As Department Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading, developing and motivating a high performing team
• Driving exceptional customer service standards throughout the store
• Delivering sales performance and supporting overall store profitability
• Maintaining strong brand standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Working towards and achieving store and company KPIs
• Monitoring trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunity
