Depot Driver

Delta Personnel is searching for Depot Driver Support

We’re looking for a reliable Driver to support our clients depot operations. This is a hands on role combining driving duties with yard, stores and equipment support.

Duties

• Delivery and collect materials and equipment to and from sites
• Tow plant and equipment where required and secure loads safely
• Load and unload equipment safely and correctly
• Liaise with site teams to manage deliveries and expectations
• Plan routes efficiently while maintain safety and compliance
• Support depot operations including yard and stores duties
• Assist with basic fleet tasks such as vehicle movements, checks and reporting damage
• Help maintain a clean, tidy and safe yard and storage area
• Assist with stock checks and equipment organisation

Must-Have/Be

• Full UK driving licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Reliable, organised sand safety conscious
• Good communication skills and able to deal with site teams and suppliers
• Basic understanding of health and safety
